gDiscovering a Danceh (Contact / Ulla)
If you can talk, you can sing. If you can breathe, you can dance.
---Prakash Laufer, from an African saying
This workshop will introduce Contact Improvisation as a tool to dance for abled and mixed-ability people. We will move with breath, touch and imagery to open doors for a dance. Together, we will explore and discuss what dance is for us and how to guide contact improvisation for differently abled people, using the knowledge of the whole group, sharing and making discoveries.
